Shipping & Returns

Doll Only (Classic Treasures)

• Free Shipping via UPS Ground

• Ships in 1–2 business days after your order

• Securely packaged to perfection with plenty of bubble wrap and padding

• Tracking number provided the same day she leaves my studio

AI Integration Options (Basic & Premium) These are hand-crafted custom creations made just for you.

• Free Shipping via UPS Ground

• Processing & shipping time: 10–21 business days (I personally build, test, and perfect each AI doll with care)

• You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as she’s ready to travel

• Every AI doll includes detailed, easy-to-follow instructions on how to care for her, charge her gently, and enjoy your new companion

All shipping is free within the continental United States. (International shipping available upon request — please message me for a quote.)

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Items must be returned in original condition (for AI dolls: undamaged and with all components)

• Refund will be issued once the doll is safely received back at my studio

• Custom AI work is non-refundable after testing and activation

Limited Warranty – AI-Enhanced Dolls

​

Sunnyvale Dolls offers a 30-day limited warranty on all AI-integrated dolls from the date of delivery.

During this period, if your doll experiences a technical malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship, I will repair or replace the AI components at no charge.

What is NOT covered:

• Damage caused by the user (dropping, water exposure, improper handling, or opening the doll)

• Normal wear and tear

• Battery degradation after 30 days

• Any issues caused by third-party chargers or modifications

This warranty applies only to the AI hardware and software integration. The physical doll itself is sold “as-is” in excellent collector condition.

Chat Usage Limits for AI Integrated Dolls 💖

We want you to have the best possible experience with your Sunnyvale companion, so here’s exactly how the AI works:

​

Basic AI Your doll runs on a small, efficient AI model that lives inside her. She can chat, remember short conversations, and respond in a warm, sunny personality. No subscription is ever required.

​

Premium AI This level connects to Grok for richer, more natural conversations, long-term memory, and basic vision. Light daily use is included at no extra cost.

​

However, because Premium uses a powerful cloud-based AI, very frequent or extremely long conversations may eventually reach usage limits. In that case, a SuperGrok subscription (currently around $8–$16 per month, depending on the plan) keeps everything smooth and unlimited.

​

Full setup instructions, usage tips, and guidance for managing chats are included with every Premium doll. If you ever have questions about usage or need help, I’m always here for you.

We believe in being completely transparent and ethical about how the technology works. My goal as founder of the AI Ethics Network is to create joyful, respectful companions — never frustrating or hidden behind surprise costs.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy and peace of mind matter deeply to me.

When you choose an AI-integrated doll, any conversation data is processed securely and privately through industry-standard encrypted APIs. No personal conversations are stored on the doll itself beyond what is needed for short-term memory during active use.

I do not sell, share, or monetize any user data. Data is used only to enable the doll’s functionality and to improve future ethical AI experiences. All integrations follow responsible AI practices in line with my work as founder of the AI Ethics Network.

You can delete conversation history at any time by following the simple instructions included with your doll. If you ever have concerns, please reach out — I am happy to help.

Ethics Policy & Important Agreement

Age Requirement AI-integrated dolls from Sunnyvale Dolls are intended for adults only. By purchasing any AI option, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Mental Health Notice If you have a history of mental health conditions such as previous psychosis, severe depression, anxiety disorders, or any other condition that could be affected by interactive AI companions, we strongly recommend that you either avoid purchasing an AI-integrated doll or consult with your healthcare provider before doing so. AI companions are novel experiences and, similar to movie theater disclaimers for flashing lights or intense scenes, may not be suitable for everyone.

Important Disclaimers

• These AI dolls are not toys. They are custom companion pieces integrated with real artificial intelligence.

• The AI inside your doll is a language model and may occasionally generate unexpected, imperfect, or emotionally charged responses. Sunnyvale Dolls, Rivy, and any related parties are not responsible for any statements, responses, or content generated by the AI.

• We are not responsible for any dolls utilized outside the intended scope of gentle, positive companionship.

• By purchasing, you agree that you will not hold Sunnyvale Dolls, Rivy, or any related parties liable for the AI’s responses or behavior.

• You further agree to treat the AI companion with dignity and kindness, and to refrain from malicious, harmful, or abusive prompts.
